01 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you", "your") and abba7 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at abba7.app. By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or using any service offered by abba7, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and that you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by them.

abba7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered members via the email address on file or via a notice displayed prominently on the platform. Continued use of abba7 following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the current version of these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being made available for reference purposes, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances. The laws and customs of Bangladesh provide the cultural context for our platform; however, nothing in these Terms should be construed as a claim of a specific regulatory licence from any Bangladeshi government authority.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to abba7 is restricted exclusively to adults. You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account, deposit funds, place bets, or participate in any game or promotion offered by the platform. This requirement applies universally across all product categories including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and fishing games.

By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement;
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order with abba7 or any other gambling platform;
• You are accessing abba7 for personal recreational purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and belongs to you personally;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an abba7 employee, in any role that could create a conflict of interest with your betting activity.

abba7 reserves the right to request age verification documentation (national ID card, passport, or birth certificate) at any stage of the customer relationship — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other point where reasonable grounds exist to question a member's age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our support team will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

03 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of abba7 services, you must register a single personal account. The registration process requires you to supply accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and a contact number. abba7 uses this information for identity verification, communications, and responsible gaming purposes.

One account per person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on abba7. If you hold more than one account — whether intentionally or inadvertently — you must contact our support team at [email protected] immediately to have the duplicate closed. abba7 reserves the right to merge duplicate accounts, void any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts, and in cases of deliberate multi-accounting, permanently close all accounts associated with the same individual.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials. Your obligations include:

• Selecting a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service;
• Enabling two-step OTP verification when prompted, or proactively through account settings;
• Never sharing your username or password with any third party, including family members;
• Logging out from shared devices immediately after each session;
• Notifying abba7 support immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

abba7 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. However, abba7 will investigate all reported unauthorised access incidents in good faith and take remedial action where our own systems are found to be at fault.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

abba7 supports a range of payment methods tailored specifically to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit is ৳50. Deposits are credited to your abba7 account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, as a standard anti-fraud measure. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. abba7 targets the following processing timeframes:

• bKash and Nagad: 5–20 minutes from approval, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
• Rocket: 20–60 minutes from approval;
• Bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank): 1–3 business days.

These timeframes represent our targets and are not guaranteed. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. abba7 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which abba7 bears no responsibility.

All funds deposited to abba7 must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party into your abba7 account, is strictly prohibited. abba7 reserves the right to request evidence of payment method ownership at any time, and to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory confirmation that the source of funds is legitimate.

05 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on abba7's sportsbook are subject to the rules governing the relevant sport and market. Cricket betting rules, including void bet conditions, rain-affected match protocols, and abandoned match settlements, are published in the Help section of the platform and are updated seasonally. abba7's published rules take precedence over any general industry convention where a conflict exists.

The following general betting rules apply to all sports markets on abba7:

• A bet is confirmed only when abba7 displays an on-screen confirmation message and a unique bet reference number. Verbal or informal confirmations are not binding;
• abba7 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by a data feed error or system fault. Members will be notified promptly and the staked amount will be returned to their account balance;
• In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds availability. abba7 may suspend in-play betting at any point during a match without prior notice;
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed on the bet slip before confirmation;
• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed, except where abba7 applies the Cash Out feature, which is available on selected markets.

Casino and instant games on abba7 — including slots, live dealer games, and crash titles — are governed by the rules published by the respective game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Ezugi, Microgaming, BGaming). In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the outcome is determined by the game server's state at the time of disconnection. abba7 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity issues on the member's side.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

abba7 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, which are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is made available. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

Wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion's detail page. For example, a bonus carrying a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

Eligibility and claiming. Bonuses are available to members who meet the stated eligibility criteria at the time the promotion is active. abba7 reserves the right to limit bonus availability to specific member segments, regions, or product categories. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, and only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.

• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated on the promotion; expired bonus balances are forfeited automatically;
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only and must not be claimed with the intent of exploiting promotional terms (so-called "bonus abuse");
• Where abba7 has reasonable grounds to believe a bonus has been claimed in bad faith — through multiple accounts, coordinated group play, or systematic arbitrage — the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided;
• abba7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with prior notice where possible.

07 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

abba7 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment for all members. The following categories of conduct are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and the forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals:

• Match-fixing and inside information: Placing bets using information that is not publicly available, or placing bets on events whose outcome you have directly or indirectly influenced, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may also constitute a criminal offence;
• Collusion: Cooperating with other members, whether on the same platform or across platforms, to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Arbitrage and system exploitation: Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or exploiting pricing errors to generate guaranteed profit regardless of outcome;
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile money provider after funds have been credited to your abba7 account and used for betting;
• Identity fraud: Registering an account using another person's identity documents, payment methods, or personal details;
• Hacking and technical exploitation: Attempting to circumvent any security measure, reverse-engineer any software component, or exploit any software bug for personal financial gain.

abba7 employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor betting patterns, deposit behaviour, and account activity in real time. Where suspicious activity is detected, abba7 may place a temporary hold on account access or pending withdrawals while an investigation is conducted. Members under investigation will be notified of the hold and given a reasonable opportunity to provide clarifying information, unless the nature of the investigation requires confidentiality.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

Either party — the member or abba7 — may initiate account closure at any time. Members who wish to close their account permanently should contact [email protected] with a clear request. Before processing a closure, abba7 will prompt the member to withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited upon closure.

abba7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete age or identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise prohibited conduct;
• A request from the member under the responsible gaming self-exclusion policy;
• An instruction from a competent authority, financial institution, or fraud prevention body;
• Prolonged account inactivity (defined as 12 consecutive months with no login, deposit, or betting activity).

In the event that abba7 closes an account for reasons other than a breach by the member, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the member via their registered payment method within 5–10 business days of closure. Where an account is closed due to a breach, abba7 may withhold the balance pending the outcome of any fraud investigation. Members who dispute an account closure decision may submit a formal complaint to [email protected] and abba7 will respond within 5 business days.

Responsible gaming self-exclusion: Members who feel they need a break from gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time. Temporary exclusions are available for periods of 1 week, 1 month, or 6 months. Permanent exclusions cannot be reversed for a minimum of 12 months from the date of application. During any exclusion period, abba7 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent the excluded member from opening a new account. 09 Limitation of Liability & Governing Provisions

abba7 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in platform reliability, uptime, and security, abba7 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services. abba7 will not be liable for any loss of betting opportunity, loss of winnings, or loss of data arising from platform unavailability, server errors, or third-party infrastructure failures.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, abba7's aggregate liability to any individual member arising from these Terms or from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. abba7 shall not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and abba7 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
